1. Samarium Cobalt Magnet is superior in high coercivity, therefore it is more durable if Operating in high working temperature.
2. The new series Sm2Co17 has higher Energy product than the 1-5 type. Though the total energy product is lower than Nd-Fe-B magnet, but it has superior temperature stability than the Nd-Fe-B series.
3. The Samarium Cobalt magnet is more endurable in moisture environment than the Nd-Fe-B series.
4. Can be used in most smaller, lightweight and thinner design products.
